AnyBrillGoods wants you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our business and international shipping, we do not require most items to be returned. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first at abgstoreinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to find a solution.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item is significantly not as described
- Sizing issues (for clothing items)
In many cases, we may offer:
- a full refund
- a partial refund
- or a replacement,
without requiring the item to be returned.
Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method and are processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or colour, please place a new order and contact us regarding your original purchase.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as intimate or personal-use products) may not be eligible for return. This does not affect your right to a refund if the item is defective or incorrect.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days, please, first check your bank or card provider, then contact us if the issue persists.
